The Little Coop on Salt Creek We are a family run hobby farm that offers 10 day old chicks through established layers and roosters. Our specialty is Silkies and Bielefelders.

We also occasionally offer out of our laying hen coop when it’s time to rotate in our new egg layers.

UPDATE: Milly has found her furever home! We are giving all the praise and glory to our almighty God, who hears our prayers big and small. He brought us a sweet local family who fell in love with her 🩷🐕🐾💛.

Milly, an adorable 2 year, 70lb shepherd mix is looking for a forever home.

We acquired her from a family member who couldn’t keep her, and we could not bear to see her go back to the pound. She has proven to be very smart, loyal, friendly, and very attentive to her humans. Her very active nature does not make her a good fit for our family of small dogs; however she would be a great fit for a family with other dogs appropriate for her size, or someone looking for a man's best friend companion. She knows basic training commands, is fully potty and crate trained and is wonderful with older kids. She has been raised in a country setting, around indoor and outdoor cats as well as other dogs. Would be a great fit for someone with an active lifestyle. If you are a loving, smoke, alcohol and drug free home please get in touch with us!
