When I plant seeds in the winter, I convince myself that they won’t germinate. When they do, I am so excited to see the tiny sprouts sticking out of the soil. Then all of a sudden they are ready to be up-potted because they’ve grown out of their cells. How exciting to know that these little plants will soon feed our family!
