I personally (Kelly) had to leave the spa a bit early today due to a nasty migraine.
I’m headed to apply some heat, have a treat, and maybe take a cat nap. 😴
In the meantime, I want to express my many thanks and enormous sense of gratitude. For our clients AND for the amazing people I am about to name drop..
We’re truly surrounded by some of the greatest individuals I have ever had the honor of knowing.

I read a fantastic blog post this morning written by Madena Parsley on Substack called “The Ripple Effect.”
First off, thank goodness she was actually around this morning to let our produce delivery guy in… 😂 It was our first delivery day, and the timing was a little hairy.
Madena is a phenomenal human and an equally phenomenal writer!
Anyways… after our produce was delivered, my sister from another mister, Lenny, dollied all of our new “to-go” cups that she and I ordered together right on over from 3 Otters! 🦦
Peep the picture of her sweet little box love note. It made my day. 🥹
Then Dustin scurried down to help us with our security cameras.
Then! … Tim popped in to help us solve a breaker malfunction we’ve been occasionally having.
All in between clients… and a splitting headache.
I’m also incredibly thankful that our receptionist, Christine, was around to help hold down the fort. What a lovely lady she is!
And all of that got me thinking back to The Ripple Effect.
Particularly the part where Madena says:
“Maybe that’s the real power of connection.
It doesn’t have to remain between the original two people.
It travels.
And once it does, none of us can really know how far it might go.”

I hardly knew these people a year or two ago.
And now they’re becoming some of my absolute favorite humans.
Not only that, but humans who ✨show up✨ for each other.
Come to think of it, I hardly knew many people in my life now a year or two ago!
It’s incredibly powerful.
Watching all of these connections unfold, and watching thoughts slowly become reality, has been such a joy.
I am constantly surprised by the ripple happening in my own life… and within the walls of Peace Pad.
Who will I meet next?
Who’s going to be onboarded at the Spa next?
What magic is going to unravel at our next leadership meeting?
It’s always a surprise.. a gift!
Watching the Peace Pad culture start to take root, all while it’s still growing, shifting, stretching, and becoming something even bigger than what I originally imagined… has been one of the most beautiful parts of this journey.
And I don’t take it for granted.
Thank you all for being here. Truly.
“Thank you for bein so awesome!” 🤩
So many more name drops to come, I’m sure!

On another exciting note… 👀
I’m touching base with our team to figure out our Wellness Bar soft opening dates! 🥳✨
. OK! I’m off to take care of this migraine now.
