I've spent much of this week getting out the 2nd CSA Bouquet, in a series of five, that members subscribe to. This is essentially one bouquet per month for five months, focusing on seasonal blooms. This month's focal flower is peonies accompanied by Orlaya Mint and others. Here's a glimpse of a couple of those bouquets.💐

I've spent today, up until now, preparing as best I can, for the predicted storm this afternoon and evening. I've covered what I can and made calculated decisions on harvesting peonies. With peonies, if you cut them too early, they won't open. But, if they are hit with the high winds and hail that is forecast, they'll be lost. I've done what I can, so now I'm going to head for cover and pray that the storm won't be as bad as predicted and that everyone whether's it okay.😇🙏💐
