Squashblossum Farm I’m a small environmentally certified niche farm. I grow squash and Cabbage(Sauerkraut). I also sell squash when in season.

I sell crock fermented Sauerkraut raw and pressure canned from my kitchen.

BB Q condiment

Fermented kraut
Sweet Onion

Caramelize Onion in skillet
Remove to bowl
Fry sauerkraut till natural juice gone
Add onions back

Goes on every sandwich
I add sweet peppers sometimes, like it hot go for it and add some hot peppers

Kraut slaw

Raw Honey
Fermented Sauerkraut
Firm Green and Red apples
Raw carrots
Jalapeño for those who want spice
Fresh cracked pepper
Sea salt
1 Fresh lemon or lime

Finely shred all ingredients drizzle with honey
Toss until well covered, taste test, is it sweet enough? Add more honey. I add fresh cracked pepper and sea salt the last

As a side dish or topping for sandwiches.
