Back-to-school season means something around here. Our team is packing backpacks for students across the communities where our families live and work, in the U.S. and Mexico.

Showing up for our neighbors has been part of how we operate since the beginning. A full backpack is a small thing that helps a kid walk in ready on the first day.

Earth Day is every day when you’re growing good things from the ground. Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, beans, zucchini ... it all comes from land that will feed and nourish generations to come.

Our vision of long-term sustainability plays a part in every decision we make. Reducing water consumption, repurposing organic waste, and using compostable packaging whenever possible are operating principles that benefit our business along with everyone else.

Of course, there’s always more work to do, but that’s farming.
