My mother had a bright personality and after she transitioned last October, I hung this wreath at her house because it reminded me so much of her. Even at her funeral, I lovingly chose to have laid her out in a print 🌸🌻 and was sure the flowers were fall wildflowers. For the record, mom always thought roses were a waste of money, they die too quickly 🤷🏼‍♀️ Forever practical.
Today I noticed a perfectly articulated nest IN the wreath that I hung at her house last fall 🧡🤎
And not just ANY nest.
A nest with the BRIGHTEST Robin blue eggs I've ever seen 👀
This nest is not in one of the millions of trees on their property, it is in the wreath that I hung to memorialize my mother in October.
And on the most beautiful day in May a new chapter, new life is literally being born.
What started as a memorial, now is holding new life.
Things can co-exist.
I see you mom, those bright blue eggs are impossible to ignore!
