Hey all! We have to hit the pause button on our meal deliveries for awhile. It may be a few weeks or several months before we are back to it, if ever.

Are we dissolving the company? Nope.

Starting this company during a pandemic has been nothing short of incredible, challenging, exciting & inspirational & we intend to continue trying to help figure out how to make more quality vegan products available to more people.

We have learned so much so fast. We are eternally grateful for everyone that has helped support us in any way along our journey thus far & look forward to serving them and others in the future in some fashion.

Nothing horrific has happened to us. We aren’t burnt out yet & that’s how we want to live our lives, not burnt out. We’ve tried burn out. A lot. So we can see it on the horizon long before we get to it. That’s why we’re choosing to make some time to stop & breathe. For however long it takes.

We will be marinating and simmering on all the knowledge & great experiences we’ve been so lucky to have over the last year. Dreaming up what the figurative next dish is all the while. Achieving large dreams & goals can be a bear of a task at times. Bears hibernate. Later.

Kale Brussel Caesar with Garlic & Herb Chiqn - [gluten free] This salad slaps. That means “it’s good” now.

Most often I’ve noticed it’s used to describe songs. Salads are a lot like songs really; the title is like the intro, let’s you get a feel for what you’re getting into. The kale and roasted brussel sprouts are like the rhythm section, really holding it down with a solid beat. The dressing, shallot and cashew parmesan are the air, or bright spots over the top adding subtle but catchy points of interest. Then the polenta croutons and Garlic & Herb Chiqn(Soy Curl) come together to create a very hooky chorus you’ll get stuck in your head/want to keep eating till it’s all gone. Then there’s the extra little nuggets the producer snuck in there to fill it out with some added nutrition, for a fuller sound, like flax and chia seeds. It’s all basic science really.

Tofu Veggie Scramble - Who doesn’t love a good scram in the morning? Also works great for us brunch and breakfast for dinner freaks. Our magical seasoning blend we’ve spent a good while developing really gives this tofu an uncanny egg like flavor. It’s also quite filling but doesn’t bog you down.

We’ve received some news yesterday that prevents us from setting up at Farmers’ Markets in Kansas City. Unfortunately, we have to cancel our Farmers’ Market events for the rest of the month. We are working hard on showing up other places to serve y’all some hot and delicious vegan food.

In the meantime, we are working on getting our website updated for a new menu!

Day 2 of Summer Fest Brunch Menu!

• Can’t stop won’t stop. This pea toast is still so good and we keep eating it and loving it. That’s saying something. Not everything has that staying power and the things that do are often pretty special. If you haven’t tried it yet, you can order it as a kit for delivery or just come get a half or whole made to order from us at Blip Roasters Saturday, 8.14.2021 from 10am-2pm.

• What if you could just go somewhere and short order a couple of vegan breakfast burritos with whatever you want in them from a reasonably sized list of freshly chef prepared fillings, and then he makes it for you in like 5-10 minutes, depending on the line, and serves it to you with picante sauce for dipping or drizzling that he also made? You can. Get to Blip Roasters on Saturday 8.14.2021 between 10am and 2pm while supplies last.
