Most days I have 3 balanced meals with no snacks but if I have a “hungry day” I add a snack or eat more. If I’m not as hungry I may fast a little longer and have 2 meals or 2 meals and a snack between. This gentle structure has worked for me for years to keep my blood sugar stable and not overthink nutrition. I love to feel satiated and not be hungry every 2 hours or always thinking about food. 🍑🧡

1️⃣Banana Nut Bread Smoothie 35g protein (under smoothies)
2️⃣Balanced Egg Salad & Feta Crack Dip 40g protein (under lunches & apps)
3️⃣Chickfila 12-count grilled nugget and Kale Crunch side salad with 1 buffalo sauce 42g protein (I try to not eat fast food much but real life happens and always wellness without obsession is my jam)
4️⃣Ranch Chicken 50g protein (under dinners)
5️⃣Egg Scramble - 2 whole eggs + 1 c liquid egg whites, any veg, & desired cheese 38g protein
6️⃣Warm Reese’s Protein Bowl 40g protein (under bfast)
