Walking Dead birthday cake topped with a crossbow because Darryl was the favorite character. I used red velvet and vanilla cake with a white chocolate buttercream icing. The "guts" were made of raspberries and raspberry preserves with a "bloody" drizzle made of corn syrup, chocolate syrup, and wiltons red gel coloring. Tastes like chocolate drizzle and looks like blood. The flavor combos created a perfect marriage of fruit and chocolate and is probably the best tasting cake I ever made!
