We have an immediate opening for an Office Assistant at a fast paced beverage company located in the Space Center Executive Caves.
Qualifications we are seeking:
Must be computer proficient. Quickbooks experience is a plus
Basic office skills such as answering phones and filing.
Must be able to multi-task while maintaining daily responsibilities as well as deal with customer service requests that come in. Occasionally must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and run products to stores if needed during busy times.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 8-4, Friday 8-3. No weekend hours required.
We provide company paid medical insurance after 90 days of employment, offer paid time off after one year, and opportunity for advancement within the company.
