Why pasture-raised eggs are better 🥚

• 2–3x more omega-3s + much better omega-6:omega-3 ratio
• roughly 2x more vitamin E, higher vitamin A & carotenoids
• 3–4x more vitamin D (from sunshine)
• Far better animal welfare — real outdoor pasture access
• Overall more nutrient-dense eggs

We are very sorry to anyone who stopped by our farm stand this week looking for eggs and found our refrigerator empty.
The demand for our eggs has exceeded our hens’ production capacity, and for that we are grateful.
We recently doubled our flock of hens, and the new hens will start laying in about a month, meaning we will be producing twice as many eggs as we currently are.

Thank you to everyone who has been purchasing from our farm stand. It is our pleasure to serve you.
