Random question… what’s everyone cooking this week? Or are we all staring in the fridge around 5pm hoping something magically comes together? 😅
I’m local and spend most of my days in the kitchen cooking for families in the area (I run a small personal chef business, Home Cooking 1447). So I’m always testing out new meals and flavor combos.
This week I’ve been making things like citrus roasted chicken, cilantro rice, and some really good sautéed veggies with a little Creole twist—super simple but full of flavor.
If anyone needs ideas, I’m always happy to share what I’ve been cooking lately. And if you ever hit one of those “I just can’t cook this week” moments, I get that too—that’s usually when people reach out to me 🙂
