🧁 Wednesday Baking Tip:

Did you know?

When measuring flour, avoid scooping directly from the bag with your measuring cup.

Instead:

🥄 Spoon the flour into the measuring cup
📏 Level it off with a straight edge

Why?

Scooping can pack extra flour into the cup, which may result in dry, dense cakes, cookies, and muffins.

A few extra tablespoons of flour can make a bigger difference than most bakers realize!

What's your favorite baking tip? 🍪👇
