We catered an outdoor wedding for 200 a few weeks ago. The appetizers were grilled teriyaki chicken skewers, veggie trays, and cucumber sandwiches on white bread. The buffet menu was salad with tomatoes on the side, rolls with butter, herb crusted pork loin, Asiago chicken, dynamic duo buttered potatoes, mac and cheese, and green beans with bacon. Everyone loved the food!

We had a very busy! Here is a wedding we catered. 💍. We stayed to serve the wedding with a taco/nacho bar menu with an addition of white queso. We had many compliments! One lady said we will be catering her wedding as well, once she finds a man. 😂.

We catered the Marion Wrestling golf outing again this year! The menu was pulled pork sandwiches, Mac and cheese, Cole slaw, and potato chips.

Full disclosures - the pictures are from last year’s event. We were in a hurry and forgot to take pictures because we needed to drop off a bridal shower after this one. It was the same menu, same location, and I even had on the same outfit as last year. 😁

Yesterday we catered a bridal shower with a traveling theme. We had made chicken tikka kabobs (Indian), potstickers with dipping sauce (Chinese), cocktail meatballs with marinara (Italian), and fruit and veggie trays. It was a cute them and everyone loved the food. Best wishes to the future Mrs.!

We catered Mary’s Way at St Jude on Thursday. The menu was rolls with butter, roast beef, bruschetta chicken, dynamic duo butter potatoes, green beans with bacon, and cole slaw. I went back to pick up supplies and had numerous people come up and let me know how delicious the food was. We loved being a part of a special night honoring our Blessed Mother!
