Tynnetta Talks WOSB❗️Empowering growth, resilience, and impactful connections What drives me most is helping others realize their potential.

Hi there, I’m Tynnetta—a passionate educator, leader, and entrepreneur who believes in the power of connection, resilience, and growth. My journey has taken me from the classroom to the boardroom, and now as the founder and CEO of Tynnetta Sells LLC, I’m committed to helping individuals and organizations thrive. Whether I’m teaching in the university setting, training corporate teams, or coaching

one-on-one, my mission is simple: to inspire growth, spark innovation, and create environments where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. I’ve spent my career blending my love for teaching with my ability to empower others, bringing energy and authenticity to every project I take on. Whether it’s through leadership development, diversity training, or public speaking coaching, I bring practical strategies, creative solutions, and a whole lot of heart to the table. My approach is personal—I meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be. One thing you’ll learn about me is that I thrive on building relationships. I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to learn and grow, and I approach every challenge with a “we can do this together” mindset. My goal isn’t just to check off a task but to create lasting impact—whether it’s teaching a student, guiding a team, or inspiring an audience. If you’re ready to take the next step—whether it’s building your team, finding your voice, or creating a more inclusive and inspired workplace—I’d love to partner with you. Let’s create something extraordinary together.

How are we reciprocating

When I speak to anyone that I advise, I always make sure I have an open mind and willingness to learn from each, and every person I encounter. This has allowed me to grow in ways I could not have imagined. Saying that, I appreciate you , whoever is reading this. I only can say that because I appreciate myself while being on this journey. Do you reflect on your growth and also share with others how they can grow in the most polite and kind way?

So after wrapping up the 2ND, yes 2nd conference WORKSHOP this year, I had the honor of teaching and leading high school students from across the state of Indiana. My workshop, "Planning your Path: Career Exploration for High School students" provided insight on a real world look on how to Plan for the future.
I was open and a little bit vulnerable with my audience while I shared a timeline with careers I have pursued and opportunities I am creating for myself. We talked about using your gifts, passions, education and network as leverage. Overall , the Center for Leadership Development did an AWESOME JOB creating this space for our students.
FYI: I am OPEN and AVAILABLE for speaking engagements. Looking forward to being on your STAGE!!

I have a story to share about my first job out of Grad school!

What this first job taught me was that speaking up and creating a space for yourself make sure winner at the end. I know that many people out here are intimidated by others who seem to speak loud in their spaces and that’s understandable. What I’m here to do is not to teach you how to be loud, but to take that voice, you have and start embracing it. My Speak & Shine sessions are what you need. For $44 we speak for 44 minutes for our first session. This can be continuous so let’s Start! BOOK a session now : https://tidycal.com/tynnettasells/speak-and-shine-44-minute-confidence-session

Friends, I’m doing something new and it’s been on my heart for a while.

I’ve opened up a space called Speak & Shine™. It’s a 44-minute session (for $44) where I help people stop hiding and start speaking with confidence.

Whether you’re nervous to speak in public, want to feel more polished in professional settings, or just need a boost to believe in your own voice again, this is for you.

I’ll be coaching in the areas of:

👉🏽Public speaking
👉🏽Leadership presence
👉🏽Etiquette & showing up with grace

This is about transformation in a short amount of time. No pressure. No judgment. Just you and me, building your voice together.
