Floribbean Flair Food Trailer features the food of Florida and the Caribbean. Chef Kathy brings you flavors from her childhood in Florida and trips to the Caribbean. Floribbean Flair also has a line of Gluten Free products, Gluten Free Flair. These items are sold at local farmers markets, as wel las Whole Foods, Natures Pham, The Good Earth and still growing. Chef Kathy believes in the use of slow sustainable food.
