Sun to Spoon at KC Sunshine Farm Indy At Sun to Spoon we create artisan whole fruit jams made from local and regional fruits. We combine surprising and delicious flavor combinations to delight you!

KC Sunshine Farm is a sustainable, solar powered farm in Northwest Indianapolis. KC Sunshine Farm is a solar powered farm in Pike Township, Northwest Indianapolis. We produce fresh produce and gourmet products for Central Indiana. We strive for sustainability in all manner of production. We practice regenerative practices including minimal tillage, cover cropping, well water sourcing, and rotation

al grazing of our chickens. Our products contain ingredients that we harvest by hand, including all vegetables and many of our fruits. In our delicious baked goods, jams and jellies, we strive for minimal impact packaging, including packaging that can be recycled, reused or composted. On farm, we compost or recycle nearly everything! Finally, we support natural habitat for insects, birds and other wildlife with more than 4 acres of registered native plantings! We support nature via minimal pesticide use and companion planting. We hope you will enjoy our home grown, hand made gourmet products.

Steps to processing are pictured here: wash, score, boil briefly, cool in ice bath, and then peel! These were so tender I just broke them up with my hands and the back of a spoon - no cutting required!

Our next farmers market isn’t until June 3! In the interim, swing by our on-farm market Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. All the jam flavors are available, plus raw honey from our own hives, tomato and pepper plant starts, and limited farm fresh eggs. 4700 Moller Road, 46254.
