Aluminum Domed Round Shield – a By My Hand Designs llc exclusive
Pre-sale for domed aluminum blanks.

26” diameter 5.05 lbs
Made with 5052 H38 alloy in .100” thickness
I have sold these for a long time and they have certainly stood the test of SCA battle.
I expect to see these passed down to squires, and sons and daughters who take up the pursuit of arms.

Pricing is 130.00 each.
Email me at [email protected] with your delivery address and I will invoice you for the shield and shipping via PayPal.

These are large enough that they are charged “dimensional weight” by the shippers. That means that I could put 2 in the same size box and the shipping doesn’t increase. Quantities of 3/4/5 do go up in price but not drastically. So if you have friends that want one consider making a gang order and splitting the shipping.

The first round of the Pennsic Battle Tapestry went very well thank you all! I hope you are showing this piece of original art to your friends and family. Let them know they can get one as well as I am stating another Pre-Order sale for these.

Here is what you are buying - a 54"x68"Jacquard woven 100% cotton throw that is washable and colorfast.

Original art done in the style of the Bayeux Tapestry.

Made in America.

Price - $125.00 and i will ship it free in the continental US.

Email me - [email protected] - Include your delivery address and I will invoice you for the tapestry via PayPal. When enough have sold for the minimum buy I will place the order. The mill needs two weeks to make these and I will be mailing them out as soon as I get them.

Well partner and wife Jolinda is home after a 64 day wait for kidney surgery. She is getting stronger everyday. Thank you all for all of your well wishes and support.

My turn for surgery next in the near future as soon as confirmation of insurance shows up.

So I will be taking care of the back log. Thank you for your patience,

Today I am starting two pre-order sales.

One is for the next round of the Pennsic Battle Tapestry and the other is for aluminum round shields. Details in their own posts.

Been a rough time from July on and while somethings have been seen to there is no clear end in sight for others.

This includes several trips to the ER for wife and partner Jody Ross./Audrey Adelicia. Not life threatening but long term painful.

I had an EMS encounter while at Pennsic for a potentially dangerous infection.

We are making gains on getting goods out. We thank you for your patience.

Pole arm heads, axes, maces for Pennsic
I am short on material which impacts how many different types of heads I can bring.
I am offering a last minute pre-sale for people to vote with their money on what I make.
Go look over the patterns that are on the BMHD website - https://bymyhanddesignsllc.square.site/ - and drop me an email at [email protected] with how many of what you want and I will send you a PayPal invoice for it and then bring it to Pennsic for you to pick up.

Not coming to Pennsic but want to get some stuff not in inventory? – let me know and I will ship from Pennsic to you.

As extra encouragement – buy 5 of a thing OR spend $100.00 dollars on some of the best SCA weapons and I will discount the order 10%. 5 pairs of wings at $8.00/pair? $36.00. 4 $25.00 axes? $90.00. Have a big axe, a little axe, a mace, a sparth, and a bardiche at a discount or outfit a set of Swiss halberdiers and save.

Pole arms, axes, and maces are showing as out of stock on the By My Hand Designs website (https://bymyhanddesignsllc.square.site/)

I am short on materials so if there is something you want at Pennsic email me at [email protected]. I will send you an invoice and turn that into product. Your purchase will be set aside for pick up by you at Pennsic.

To sweeten the deal order 5 of a thing or spend $100.00 and I will take 10% off. Limited to the foamy stuff.

Five days until we place the first order for the Pennsic Battle throw on the 13th of July.

The more sales we have now the larger our order can be to meet our sales obligations to all of you wonderful people and to have stock at Pennsic.

Order by email to [email protected]. We will send you a Paypal invoice.

Don’t worry if the paychecks don’t line up with that order date! We will still be taking orders through the 22nd at the Early Bird price of $100.00 plus shipping. After that the in person and online sales price will be $125.00 (plus the shipping). Those orders will help us do Pennsic and get a second order going after Pennsic.

We are inspired at the interest shown in this and we are grateful to you for your support. We do want to make more tapestries in the manner of notable ones from the Middle Ages and art from cultures without a tapestry tradition. We feel this is a good beginning to a new endeavor.
