I started baking about 4 years ago and haven't stopped. How do you get "Ling" from Lauren? Long story short... my college girlfriends gave me the name, and it ended up sticking :)

I am a full-time Registered Nurse as well, so if I'm not baking, I'm taking care of babies in the NICU. While being a nurse allows me to incorporate my love for science and math, baking allows me to tap into my creative
