We hand rolled about 350lbs of tomato basil chicken meatballs this week. Yikes. These are so good. Fresh basil, tomato, pecorino, garlic and some egg and bread crumb. So delicious. Get them while you can. Link in bio

Last year we did a custom sausage series for the VIP club at Lucas oil on four different home Colts games. The most popular was the Chicken and Waffle sausage. Half chicken thighs, half maple bourbon bacon with a dash of added maple and bourbon, smoked. It was dipped in waffle batter and cooked on custom waffle irons to make the waffle texture on the sausage. Chicken and waffle on a stick. It was so good. So we brought it back in breakfast link size.
