Big Lug Canteen is a local brewery and restaurant in the Indianapolis Nora neighborhood. Big Lug's goal is to use the freshest, highest quality ingredients, many of which are sourced locally, in all of our recipes. B**rs made with local honey, pawpaws, malts, and REAL Nora water (No need to manipulate the water. B**rs are supposed to taste unique to an area!), and we buy local butter and flour to make our bread in house. The menu is bar food driven around rich, spicy flavors and fun layered textures. Burgers, poutine, wings, hoagies, salads, charcuterie, soups, and more. Our servers are trained to help you pair any food selection with a great b**r option or cocktail option.

Had our 36th annual outing yesterday raising money for Allisonville Youth Baseball & Softball!

Thanks to everyone who played and made it so much fun. We got a chance to play our Sahm Golf Course for the first time and it was perfect. Honestly one of the nicest staffs we’ve worked with to date! While we don’t own it, it is named after Ed Sahm’s dad who helped the city of Indy for years in public service.

We have a great community everyone. Embrace each other. Keep making stuff happen for the kids and the future.
