One of our favorite things about this little farm of ours is the people who we get to cross paths with! Some are old friends. Some new. Today we’d love to highlight some old friends we’re especially thankful for. We were excited to bring Kaylee Berry and her husband Curtis onboard this year to help us grow even more Cortum Farm & Co pumpkins for you. If you know Kaylee & Curtis, you know they were meticulously perfect about every step of the process and it shows in the pumpkins they grew for us! The best part-Kaylee, an ag teacher and FFA Advisor, involved her FFA 💛💙 chapter in the process! There’s not anything we love more than teaching the next generation about ag and pumpkins! Thanks to the Berry’s for being an integral part of our team here at Cortum Farm & Co!

It’s a magical time of year here at Cortum Farm & Co and we’d love for you to join us in experiencing it during our Fall season that opens Wednesday. Stop out and wonder about our character-filled, century old barn that is busting at the seams with Fall!

You’ll find pumpkins in all the sizes, shapes, colors and varieties. They’ll be decoratives, stackers, carvers and edibles galore. There’s no doubt a perfect pumpkin or two for everyone!

You’ll also find straw bales in mini and big, cornstalk bundles, gourds and so much more Fall!

But most importantly you’ll find the magic of Fall and we can’t wait to share it with you all! Most of all we can’t wait to welcome you to our Farm!

*Check out the flyer for details! Here’s the basics…We’re located right North of Indianola, Iowa! Wednesday is opening day. Our Fall FARMers Market and Fall Opener event is Fri, Sat, and Sunday.

We're excited to welcome bafamilyfarms to our Fall Pumpkin Season Opener & FARMers Market (Sat & Sun)! This small family farm out of Warren County, Iowa practices regenerative agriculture, believing that what goes into the land comes back in the food. They'll have their signature jams & jellies, build-your-own gift and sample sets, and signature salts on hand — plus they'll be taking orders for pasture-raised whole meat chickens.
