I’m never going back to store-bought yogurt after making my own. It’s hands down worth it! The texture is thick like Greek yogurt, but the flavor is mildly sweet and buttery. No additives needed and it’s packed with more natural probiotics than commercial options.

The structure for our greenhouse and coop is quickly enclosing itself. One big door on the end (better images coming soon!) and an awning window that will automatically purge when it get too hot inside. 🔥

Oh and our little curious and critical inspector has been keeping a close eye on all details. 😂

Cold weather couldn’t stop us! After some December weather delays, we placed the glass walls of our new greenhouse/coop.

Huge thanks to for lending a hand with the heavy lifting – those 5’ x 7’ pieces weren’t light!

Major progress before the heard of cold winter sets in.
