So your home from Farmer's Market and what to make for dinner. It's BLT Time. 1. Throw mild to hotter fresh Chile slices in with your bacon to fry. These are New Mex and Poblano. 2. Toast is hot and ready, throw on thin slices of your favorite cheese. 3. Top your toast with fried bacon, fresh steamed Chile, fresh sliced tomato, salt and pepper, and top with a little mayonnaise. Add a little Juan's Taco Sauce. Add lettuce? I was too hungry and dove right in. The Chile makes this sandwich better tasting and better for you. See you next week at market. Yummmmm.
