Seasonal Smoothie Recipe
1 cup rinsed and packed SUNFLOWER microgreens
1 cup frozen cherries
1/2 banana
1 TB chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder (I used Dr. Conan Shaw Clinical Nutritionist Chocolate coconut vegan breakfast shake)
1 TB cacao powder

The SUNFLOWER MICROGREENS give this smoothie a wonderful nut butter flavor!

This place is worth the drive!! Go NOW for the best blueberries, sweet and tart cherries, and raspberries. The cherries are plentiful and ripe. Blueberries have a few more weeks. You pick with good prices! Well maintained property. 5 STARS
