Royal Farms Dairy LLC Western Style, open lot dairies located in Garden City, Kansas whom have a passion for producing high quality milk to feed the world.

Established in 1999, Royal Farms Dairy operates two western style, open lot dairies in Garden City, Kansas consisting of 9000 milking cows and 9500 replacement heifers. The farm markets nearly 80,000 gallons of milk daily and is operated by a team of 85 people. Operating our farm is truly a team effort. We are blessed to employ people that operate with a high level of integrity and transparency with a true passion for producing a high quality product to feed the world.

Royal Farms Dairy had the privilege of hosting the Kansas State University Risk Management Center students and faculty today.

We enjoyed starting the morning with breakfast and a Q & A session discussing our business and approaches to risk management, followed by a tour of our facility.

WE’RE HIRING – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Royal Farms Dairy, LLC. in Garden City, Kansas is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.
This position will work directly with ownership and the management team to oversee the financial management of our dairy and farming operations. We are looking for someone who can provide strong financial leadership, ensure accurate reporting, manage cash flow and banking relationships, and lead our accounting team.
If you have experience in accounting, finance, or agribusiness and enjoy working in a fast-paced agricultural environment, we would love to talk with you.
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Agribusiness, or related field
• 7+ years of accounting or financial leadership experience
• Agriculture or production industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
