I finally got the Drunk Money cake done!! It's vanilla cake with smashed bananas, a little coconut flavoring and it's topped with crushed pineapple, rum and brown sugar that has been cooked till it almost candies. That's poured over the cake and then it has a white chocolate and coconut frosting. It has the consistency of a spice cake. First bite you really taste the banana's in the cake and then as you chew all the flavors come together. Tastes like a Bahama Mama!

After I get these last two tonight done it will be 13 cheesecakes that I have made this week. Not counting the cakes. The season is starting early this year.

I will be out of commission for a few weeks. Finally getting my hand fixed. I should be back by the end of November. Or until I can press crumbs in a pan. I will be at Macedonia Church in Gaffney Saturday. What I will have there will be all I have for a few weeks. Thank you everyone

Getting ready for the craft fair in Gaffney Saturday. I've got 6 different kinds of cheesecake ready.......

Peanut butter cup
Peanut butter chocolate chip
Mocha Latte
Banana pudding
Candy Bar
Strawberry

And I'm debating on making Moose Cups.
They are dark chocolate cups filled with chocolate mousse and mini chocolate chips.

It's that time of year again!! Yep, up all night cooking cheesecakes! It's 5am and I think I can go to bed now..
And on another note.....I may have a new restaurants business. It's gonna be around Landrum. It's supposed to be up and running in about a month or so. So yahyy for me!! And all the area's cheesecake lovers!
