🚨 IMPORT REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH STATE 🚨
I did my due diligence and called every. Single. State. Since the list on the NPIP database is not accurate or does not give all of the requirements and tells you to call the state anyways. You're welcome. 😂
• Alabama
Lives and eggs- 9-3 form and must be a PT/AI clean flock.
• Alaska
Lives and eggs- 9-3 form, must be a PT/AI clean flock, and importation permit.
• Arizona
Lives and eggs- 9-3 form and must be a PT/AI clean flock.
• Arkansas
Lives and eggs- 9-3 form and must be a PT/AI clean flock.
• California
Lives and eggs- 9-3 form and must be a PT/AI clean flock.
• Colorado
Lives and Eggs- 9-3 form PT clean
• Connecticut
Lives and eggs- 9-3 form PT BUYER responsible for applying for an import permit
and filling it out and turning it and the 9-3 form in once they receive eggs/birds.
• Delaware
Lives and eggs- 9-3 form and must be a PT/AI clean flock.
• Florida
Lives and eggs- 9-3 form and must be a PT/AI clean flock.
• Georgia
Lives and eggs- 9-3 form and must be a PT/AI clean flock.
• Hawaii
Lives over 4 weeks- Vet inspection /permit/must be by cargo plane USPS not allowed
Chicks under 4 weeks- USPS allowed, 9-3 form, PT clean, and statement of no live vax
