Ken, originally from the Mount Washington Valley, brings more than two decades of restaurant experience and a passion for creating food that is thoughtful, approachable, and rooted in the seasons. Ken believes great food doesn’t need to be complicated, and a great meal is more than what’s on the plate. It’s about hospitality, community, and creating a welcoming place where people feel comfortable.

Q: What got you into cooking and made you realize you wanted to pursue this as your career?
A: Working with some crazy personalities as a teenager got me into cooking and love the restaurant world. There was a chef from North Carolina who helped me truly appreciate the craft of cooking and made me want to continue pursuing this career
Q: What style of food is your favorite to make?
A: I honestly don’t have one. I just love cooking food that people enjoy or creates or evokes a memory. I could eat pizza every day though
Q: What are you looking forward to most with this paired b**r dinner?
A: I have not worked or lived in North Conway for over 20 years. So coming back home and cooking some fun food with my brothers has to be it
