Finished baking some Kouign Amanns for orders. Later/ tomorrow I will make croissants and cinnamon rolls for our family gathering. Probably those will be last batches of the year. These past months have been exhausting, many changes and difficulties. I need some rest!

This was my breakfast, a small cinnamon roll (compared to the ones I made for orders). It was so so so good. But I love everything so don't take my word.

Dear Customers 💖.

It is very hard to estimate how much to bake for the pop up sales. We don't want to waste any food, so we decided we will only take preorders for Pick Up at the kitchen Friday's 9:00-11:00am and Satudays 10:00am-noon. Delivery in the neighborhood and close cities is an option when checking out. We can also arrange Pick Up at our home any time outside the kitchen hours. In that way, we know exactly how much to bake.
I think this is the best way to do things during the winter months. I hope we keep getting enough orders to be able to stay at the kitchen in the winter as well. I really appreciate all your support to our business as we adjust to changes💖. You are the best!
