Dear customers,
Thank you so much for checking in on us. Your support and messages truly mean a lot. This winter brought many challenges for our little bakery, and because of that, we’re honestly not sure what our operations will look like this year.
A quick update: there will not be a South St. Paul Farmers Market this season. The Signal Hills Market will still happen, but we won’t be participating. At this point, the only possibility for us might be joining the Inver Grove Heights Farmers Market, and I’ll let you know as soon as we have a clear answer.
If we do take part in IGH, we won’t be returning to the shared commercial kitchen — it just wasn’t affordable or the right fit for us. It would be a very small cottage‑style setup with a limited menu, likely just our kouign amann (plain, raspberry cream cheese, caramel) and our croissants (plain, almond, chocolate).
Even with everything going on, we’re still holding onto our dream of opening a bakery one day — a cozy little place where you can always find us and enjoy pastries made with care.
Thank you for your kindness and for keeping our dream alive. 💖
After many months, I baked again: here some pics! Sometimes I am still shocked that my hands make these professional looking and delicious pastries.
