From the fields of Michigan to the lakes of Madison! 🚗🌾

We took a quick road trip to Wisconsin's capital for a beautiful wedding over the weekend, but the hobby farm inspiration never stops. Jacob handled brunch duty at the Capitol Square while I snapped videos of the city views, fresh farm-to-table restaurants, and the incredible Dane County Farmers' Market. 🏙️🍳

Seeing how much care goes into those producer-only market displays gave me so many fresh, creative ideas for our own little setup. Our hearts definitely belong in the mitten, and we are so excited to bring this out-of-state inspiration right back to our community! 🪵🌸

✨ FARM STAND UPDATE ✨
We are back home today playing catch-up, cleaning things up, and taking care of farm chores after our trip. The self-serve stand is still OPEN today with whatever is currently on the shelves, but we will have everything completely restocked with fresh items tomorrow morning! 🧺✨

🌾 Last Call for Weekend Treats! 🌾

The final batch of fresh banana bread is out of the oven, and the farm stand is officially restocked!

⚠️ Important Weekend Update: We will be out of town this weekend, so today's restock is the very last one until Monday.

Because our label maker recently broke down, we are doing things a little differently to stay compliant. Instead of standard browsing, we are moving to door pickup for all baked goods today.

Check back right here around 3:00 PM today. I will post the exact list of what is available. Comment or message me directly to claim your items for door pickup!

The stand is officially restocked with fresh peppers!

I am working hard to get more beautiful flower bouquets out later today. I am also hoping to sneak into the kitchen to bake some goodies today (fingers crossed the kids cooperate!).

🍉 Farm Stand Update: Fresh Bouquets, Crisp Cucumbers & Sneak Peeks! 🥒🌸

We are still learning every day out here, and today we did a little quality control test! We cut open a couple of our watermelons to see if they were ready for you. Good thing we checked—they still need about a week or more on the vine to reach peak sweetness!

The stand is fully loaded and ready for your visit:

🥒 RESTOCKED TODAY: A fresh batch of crisp, cool cucumbers is on the stand right now.

I guess it’s time to break the news… We won’t be raising any pigs for purchase this year.

We are currently at max capacity with our current animals. Plus, we need to focus our energy on putting up a new building to house the ewes while they lamb this winter! We decided it was best not to add extra projects and stress to our plates right now.

Flowers are in the stand! 🌸
To be completely honest, my heart just wasn’t in arranging today. However, I couldn't let them sit in the kitchen sink another day. Despite my low energy, the flowers themselves are doing all the heavy lifting—they are absolutely beautiful! Come grab yourself a jar! 🥰
