We will be making our paleo pockets (calzones) on Monday for pre-order only. Orders must be placed by noon on Sunday, May 8th. Each pocket is $6. These make a quick and easy meal when on the run, school or work, without going off diet. Flavors include:

-Breakfast pocket (pastured sage pork, farm egg)
-Pizza pocket (grassfed beef, tomato, Italian herbs)
-Chicken pot pie (organic chicken, celery, carrot, onion, herbs)
Our crust is made from cassava flour, almond, egg, olive oil and arrowroot.

350 calories, 28g fat, 12g carb, 21g protein, 1g fiber

Update:
We are both sad and glad to share that Bon Vie Kitchen/ Local/ Petite Fille Bakery has transformed into a food manufacturing kitchen. Along with 4 of our own products (Paleo jar roux, paleo dry gumbo and stew mix, gluten free jambalaya, paleo fish and chicken fry), we are permitted to also co-pack for other Louisiana products. This endeavor will be in full swing by mid November.
We appreciate all the love over these several years in fresh food production. We have seen food prices increase over the last year (without a significant increase in our prices), and it is getting more difficult to source fresh food the way we do.
In addition to that, we are expecting a special needs baby in January (🥰) that will limit my time in the kitchen, overseeing our ultra specialized diet meal production.

We are thrilled about all the new possibilities for both us AND others who have the next best Louisiana product.
