Provender is the natural progression and evolution of ideas. After the last 3 years of on-location dinners with The Farmer's Table we learned many things. In an effort to provide a unique experience and help carry the load of the Farmer's Table dinners, Provender was envisioned. Provender is a roaming wood-fired oven and crew that brings a unique experience to almost any party or celebration. We m
erged a beautifully restored antique truck with a handcrafted Valoriani wood-fired oven. The truck is fitted with everything needed to roll up, set up and serve any group of 150 guests or less. We house ample refrigeration, a freezer, 2 draught soda or beer lines, 3-bay sink, a generator, and speaker system. We arrive, and within an hour are set up and ready to serve. Listen to some music as the chimney goes up, the oven is fired up and custom reclaimed wood tables are set up to serve. All prices will include a full staff prepared to prep, cook and serve. For the past 5 years Chef Chris Grebner has been making countless pizzas, baking breads, and pulling many other treats from many wood-fired hearths. From a handful of commercial ovens to the one he built in his family's backyard, he has applied his experience working in restaurants and with private clients to help create a memorable experience for those he's cooking for.
