We are a local-family owned and operated food vendor that travels across the state of Iowa during RAGBRAI. We offer rice and noodle bowls as well as fresh fruit smoothies every day. The main course changes daily but the rice and noodles remain a constant. We offer a meat option (with fresh veggies), an all vegetable option and you may also add tofu to any meal! You may choose to have the teriyaki

dish with tofu one day and the meatball marinara dish next. We keep things new and exciting so no one gets bored of the same meal every day! The smoothies change every day too, we use different varieties of fruit and fruit juice on a daily basis, you will absolutely never see any syrup with these smoothies! You may also choose to add protein to your smoothie for that extra boost! Keep an eye out for us along the route, we look forward to meeting you all!
