I have a new job on the farm. Butterfly relocation specialist. This gorgeous fritillary is the third butterfly I have relocated to safer space in the past few weeks.
Since we bought the farm and went chemical-free in 2014, the number of species of butterflies and other life has multiplied. My short walk to the high tunnel often nets 30+ different birds on the Merlin app. Yesterday, Mike was working with our tenant farmers and they saw a fisher! (Fisher cat?).

Our tenants are using the new pack and wash room on the farm! These African greens are heading to market!
