We have 15 boneless ribeyes that have been dry-aged for 30 days. It allows the beef to develop a richer, more concentrated flavor and incredible tenderness.

Most of our beef is aged for about 14 days, so these have had 30 days on top of that to become something special!

This position involves hands-on work processing beef, hogs, lambs, goats, and bison. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
