Some pics of Southern Elm Rainbow After The Storm this past weekend. She had a few little tantrums wanting to go back to the barn and didn’t show her normal self but regardless I love this doe and am so thankful for her.

Went to Cuba, Missouri this weekend for the Show Me Classic Myotonic Goat Show. It was another blessed weekend bringing home points 10 and 11 for National Champion The Farmstead On Chisholm Kilimanjaro pending verification. Only one more to go!!!!

It’s time for fall breeding. All kids were pulled today except two that I’ll try to catch again at feeding time. Hopefully we can get back on normal schedule since only one doe took for last fall. Brassring Ricky Bobby showing Dusty that he may be here for some fun but Ricky is still king of the farm.
I’ve hit a couple of milestones with the up coming breeding season. I’m Super excited that this will be the first time a home bred buck will be used and I’ll also be having a kid or two with both parents carrying The Farmstead On Chisholm name.

Went to Myomania in Lebanon just for the day and had a good day. Took 3 goats and they all did good. And National Champion The Farmstead On Chisholm Kilimanjaro earned his 9th point pending verification. This brings him up to Gold Wether Status in the MGR Platinum Wether program. 3 more points to go. 🏆

Another win for a farmstead goat. This weekend so far The Farmstead on Chisholm Whiskey Lullaby owned by Jacob Smith took home Jr. Champion Doe at the Mason Dixon Classic in Maryland. Thank you Jacob for believing in this girl and for giving her a show home.
