Pasture-raised and grass-fed Icelandic lamb, Berkshire pork, and beef are available seasonally by the half or whole, and available by the cut year-round in our on-site farm store and at local farmers' markets (in season). Cornish cross chickens and production white turkeys are also available in season. Breeding quality Icelandic sheep and Berkshire hogs are also seasonally available.
