Did you know that spring time is the prime matcha harvest season? 🌱 Between late April and mid-May, the most tender and youngest green tea leaves are harvested. 🌿 They are then ground into the finest matcha powder, providing that beloved umami taste! 🍵 During this harvest season, we are extra thankful for our 100+ year old farm in Uji, Japan where we source our matcha. Happy harvest! 🪴💚

It’s almost EARTH DAY! 🌎🌱 Celebrate Mother Earth today with a cup of Junbi Matcha – straight from our 100+ year old farm in Uji, Japan! 🍵 We have so much appreciation for the Earth and we know that we have to do our part to preserve it! That’s why at Junbi we provide bamboo straws and cups made out of 100% recyclable plastics that use 30% less plastic than the average plastic cup. ♻️
