it’s like santa’s workshop in here getting ready for saturday….just put a final coat of poly on our tap handles for “Marzen n’at” and “Bananas Forever.”

These are hand cut, stained, and threaded from one big old piece of pine… because everyone knows the best beers are poured from the best tap handles and I love any excuse to get out the table saw. 🍺

this one tested our creative limits. we came up with the idea for a sour ale in the style of our favorite soda from the best fast food taco place and “baja blasted” was born…at least in our heads.

we worked with a (new) acid producing yeast strain and a simple wheat/pils base with just a sprinkle of hops and then the hard part; reverse engineering the flavor of baja blast from store bought ingredients. how’d it turn out?? tasting is believing. have your tickets for North Hills Home Brew Fest yet?
