The Holiday week was chaos and we tried so hard to prepare for all that would be thrown at us. We had no IDEA we’d blow through over 300 pounds of Jerky AND sticks in the course of a few days. That’s on-top of the 1000+ pounds of Prime Rib sold! 😱 Bravo!
The case looked pretty slim on Christmas Eve and instead of apologizing, we just like to thank everyone that came in an shopped with us this Holiday season. ❤️
We now know what to expect next holiday season and where we need to prepare even more!! Trust me, we tried!
We did the best we could with just 1 smoker and minimal staffing. The owner was even helping tray and slice jerky for us too! You guys just wiped us out and we were just blown away, nothing could have prepared us for that! Our hearts are so full ❤️
It was quite the shocker to see come Sunday morning how bare everything looked! We will be working hard to refill everything back up! Another 200 pounds of Jerky being sliced today even!

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience of our food stamps being unavailable. The center that handles our request to fix our machine says it is still processing our request and will not move forward until it is our turn on the list.
It’s frustrating, aggravating, and overall ridiculous how long it is taking.
Please know, we are doing everything we can to fix this mess.
It’s been over a year, and we appreciate the patience that our customers have had with us through the process.
