The Croatian Chicken Sandwich was a big hit and is back this week! Made with our famous Milano Croatian-style chicken, oil-roasted tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and garlic aioli, all served on a soft pretzel bun.

Tim’s firing up the smoker tomorrow and turning out racks of fall-off-the-bone goodness, but once they’re gone, that’s it! These aren’t “throw them in the oven and sauce them up” ribs. Tim starts long before sunrise, letting real wood smoke and time do what they do best. That’s the difference between cooking ribs and smoking ribs.
Anybody can cook ribs. Smoking ribs takes time, patience, and a whole lot of wood.
Get here early—once they’re gone, they’re gone!

We will also be serving our amazing chicken too! Make sure to make Milanos (and the car show) part of your Saturday agenda!

Apparently, some of you have made it your personal mission to clean us out every Saturday!!!! 😆

The last couple of weeks we've completely sold out of brats by about 11 AM on Saturday, and while we love seeing an empty counter, we'd really like to make it past lunchtime this weekend!

Tim has accepted the challenge and is busy making up another 60 pounds or so to add to the brat counter!

Of course, we can already hear you all saying…"Challenge Accepted!"
We'll see who's tougher this Saturday… Tim or the brat lovers of Ishpeming
