Now that we’ve gotten a little sleep and recovered from the weekend, we wanted to say thank you!

This weekend brought a lot of new faces, good conversations, and another reminder of just how much this community supports us.

It also gave us some clarity.

As we continue to grow, we’ve decided to be more intentional with where we spend our time. Outside of catered events, we’ll be keeping most of our focus close to home. You’ll still find us at the Fourth of July at Al Quaal, Thursday nights downtown, TruNorth Customer Appreciation Day, and a few other local events we’ve committed to.

The easy thing would be to chase every event, every crowd, and every dollar. But that’s not really who we are. And with our small, family staff, being at every event and maintaining the store just isn't the best usage of our resources or time. YOU, in our home community, are our best investment.

We live here. We work here. We raise our families here. This community supported us before we ever had the smoker running outside, and we haven’t forgotten that.

So we’re choosing to stay close to our roots, serve from our home base, and keep investing our time back into the town that invested in us first.
