We'll be back on Main St. this Thursday for the Wauconda Farmer's Market!

We're beyond excited to be able to do as many of these as possible before the season winds down and we have been so thankful for all of your support every time we set up and serve.... we feel all the love and we can't wait to see you again!

Who would've thought so much delicious food could come out of such a small trailer?

We put everything we have into what comes out of our little window and we're lucky to have equipment that is up for the challenge..

Our Gozney | Outdoor Pizza Ovens oven has been busy, busy, busy this summer pumping out our most popular pizza specials and the VEVOR Home Improvement sandwich press has been working overtime.

This week we rolled out a couple of new menu items:

A white pizza with a seasoned Galbani Cheese ricotta base, our freshly shredded whole milk mozzarella, all natural char-grilled chicken, apple wood smoked bacon & shaved red onion

A cuban baguette with 8 hour smoked swift farms pork shoulder, Dietz & Watson black forest ham, baby swiss, Grillo's Pickles, a little bit of peppercorn aioli and tangy yellow mustard on our scratch made baguette

They are so, so good and we can't wait for you all to try them!

Soaking in these summer days!

....there's just something about a vibrant, fresh salad on a sunny summer day that does it for us... ya know?

Today at the Wauconda farmer's market we have a fan favorite - Sam's Salad. Packed with fresh spring greens, honeycrisp apple, bartlett pear, shaved red onion, creamy goat cheese crumbles, toasted walnuts and our scratch made honey balsamic vinaigrette. Super fresh, locally sourced and incredibly delicious.... but don't take our word for it, come get one for yourself (before they sell out) and see what we mean!
