The Generous Dane's Chocolates Our chocolate truffles are hand-rolled in the European style to resemble their name sake, the treasured Black Truffle. Our truffles pair excellently with wines.

Each truffle has a creamy center of bittersweet chocolate ganache that is dipped in tempered dark chocolate then rolled in an outer coating of nuts or chocolate. We make sweet and savory truffles for mature tastes.
