We're a small, locally owned HVAC and plumbing company looking for one organized, dependable person to run our office — keeping technicians moving, customers informed, and jobs progressing from the first phone call through completion. On a small team, you'll wear a few hats and your work will matter every single day.
What you'll do
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC & plumbing technicians
• Answer phones and take care of customers
• Create service calls, follow up, and keep records accurate
• Prepare estimates and invoices in QuickBooks
• Submit payroll to Straight-Line
• Coordinate permits and inspections
• Register and process manufacturer warranties
• Manage financing paperwork
• Order parts and track inventory
What we need
• HVAC office or service industry experience (plumbing office experience is ideal)
• Working knowledge of HVAC terminology and basic service operations
• QuickBooks and solid computer skills
• Discretion and trustworthiness — this role handles payroll, customer records and financing paperwork
• Someone who can prioritize, follow through on details, and work without constant direction
