Antonella attended the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago specializing in Culinary Arts. Over the years Antonella has acquired an interest in pastries and has spent the past few years as a Pastry Manager at a wholesale bakery. Recently she decided to pursue her dreams of having her own catering company.
