When we talk about ceviche, we often focus on the lemony juices and spice levels, but a hidden layer makes this dish truly special here at Miski Tullpa.

Peruvian ceviche is typically served with sweet potatoes to complement the dish’s bright, acidic profile. These sweet potatoes add depth to the flavor and symbolize Peru’s rich agricultural diversity. What we do is choose not one but two or sometimes three different kinds of sweet potatoes to combine all the elements into a symphony of taste!

I know we’ve been under the radar lately but that doesn’t mean we’ve stopped cooking up delicious food. We want to thank everyone for their continued support and orders!
