We were so happy to host Master Sommelier, Chef Christopher Bates '03 and his team for a 5-course dinner with wine pairings last night! Thank you to all who came and helped to execute this event!

Truly a night to remember, complete with amazing food! Be sure to check out FLX Table, FLX Wienery, and FLX Fry Bird (opening in a month!) to have more of his amazing food!

Last week, The Epicurean Society was very lucky to be able to go to Wings Over Ithaca and hear from COO Dan Levya '14 about their operations. We got to get a tour and try newer recipes, as well as hear about their business! They even made us these fantastic t-shirts! Thank you so much to Wings Over Ithaca for hosting us!

This past Wednesday, Coltivare hosted the Epicurean Society. Jason, the Director of Operations, happily took time out of his day to give us a full tour of Coltivare, tell us anything we wanted to know about his operations, and then the club enjoyed a wonderful dinner! A big thank you to Professor Susskind who joined us to give his perspective on restaurant operations as well as to Jason who did a wonderful job teaching us more about restaurants!
