I bought 130 beef dinners at once… and it changed how we eat.

My local farm Quarter Cow = ~130 lbs of mixed beef cuts (steaks, roasts, ground), plus plenty of bones for broth and fat for tallow.

🥩 Beef dinners 4x per week:

Family of 4 → 7 months of beef
Couple → over a year

And yeah… it all fit in a small chest freezer.

Answer: 4️⃣! Our 1/4 cow with 150 lbs of beef 🥩 from fit in this 7 cubic ft chest freezer with plenty of room to spare—so we piled on 12 whole chickens from 🐓.

Safe to say our family is eating VERY well this year!

The best time to stock up for a storm isn’t 24 hours before it hits, it’s right now while everything is calm.

Seeing the empty shelves before winter weather 🥶 was my sign to finally level up with a Quarter Cow from a local farm. Now, when bad weather is on the way, I’m out here picking out my next brisket 🤠.
